Cyclical Mentorship Program (CMP)
MOLODI provided body percussion workshops alongside a variety of professional mentors, on-site training, and behind the scenes tours of professional productions, as well as on-stage performance experiences.

Nevada students often leave the state to pursue higher education and careers in the performing arts. Las Vegas is one of the entertainment capitols of the world and the training and retention of local talent should reflect that status, but too often, many Nevada artists aren't taken seriously when it is time to hire talent. By creating avenues for hands on experience with working industry professionals, skill building, arts administration, and documentation, we intended to deepen students' awareness and direct access to the jobs available in the Clark County arts and entertainment industry. Molodi also created an open pipeline for these mentees to audition to become new Molodi members, performing and teaching with us locally and on tour.
