Its purpose is to inspire and orient leaders to different ways innovation can be designed and scaled.

A practical, “policy-at-a-glance” tool designed for district planning teams. It organizes state policy flexibilities into key topics, includes district-level interpretations, and outlines considerations for local application. Its purpose is to help districts understand which policy levers are available and how to apply them in planning and decision-making.
